Every year capital markets grow in complexity as more products, venues and counterparties are added. Existing legacy software adapts very slowly, and all exceptions land with the operations team, where people do the work no software was built for.
At Yantra, we believe that work is finally addressable. Agentic systems can now be built to make the judgment calls that previously needed a person - reading fuzzy data points, weighing conflicting records, deciding what a discrepancy means within a given context. Our aim is to build on that capability across the whole of capital markets operations, and to do it carefully, with the firm’s own people in control.
Arch is our first product. It is an agentic platform for post-trade operations: connected to the trade databases, matching platforms, mailboxes and documents a firm already runs on, it handles the items nothing else can resolve. An agent investigates, explains its reasoning, proposes an action and prepares the drafts. The operations team approves.
Arch is where we start.
